Working in demanding, high-volume environments has shaped his approach to service: preparation, efficiency, professionalism, and an unwavering focus on the guest experience.
With an extensive background in sales, Scott
also understands the importance of listening to clients, building trusted relationships, and delivering on expectations from the first conversation through the final pour.

During the celebration, your Host Concierge anticipates your needs and quietly takes care of the personal details that might otherwise pull you away from the experience.
Your Concierge may:
